CONDITIONS :

Rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia.

Weekday rates shall apply for bookings on Sundays through
to Thursdays.

Weekend rates shall apply for bookings on Fridays & Saturdays.

During Malaysian School Holidays as listed below, the weekend
rates shall apply.

Rates for Peak Period are during eve of and on Public Holidays
as listed below.

Extra Bed is chargeable at RM20.00 nett per bed per night.

Payment shall be made in Malaysian Ringgit

Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room
availability.

Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with a deposit equivalent
to one night’s charges for the total room reserved to
be deposited into the hotel’s bank account after your
reservation is confirmed. The details of the Bank Account
shall be advised during the confirmation stage.

Within 24 hours and not later than 36 hours from the date
of submission of your reservation form, you shall be contacted
and advised with further instruction on how to make the deposit.

Please do not furnish to us your Credit Card details to guarantee
your booking.
CANCELLATION
POLICY :
One night/package charges for the total rooms/package reserved
shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation
not made within 72 hours prior to check-in date or in the event
of NO SHOW.
